Offers Gaming Products which allow Retail Customers to place Bets on the outcome of Draws. The Bets are collected in Participation pools that link the Draw to the Gaming Product.

The operator is not necessarily the Draw Organiser. IF it is not, then we talk about “secondary” lotteries or further derivatives.
