Bet

A bet is placed by a Retail Customer on the outcome of a Draw in accordance with a Gaming Product’s Winning Scheme as offered by an Operator.
A bet that has been accepted by an Operator is part of the Gaming Product’s Participation Pool for that Draw.
The bet must be formally correct according to the Betting Scheme for the Participation Pool in order to be accepted.

An accepted bet forms a contract between Retail Customer and Operator.
